Why subscribe?

I’m a New York Times bestselling author of six books and a former senior writer with the New York Times and Newsweek. My newsletter is a continuation of my work at Newsweek, where I was a political columnist, and the Times, where was an investigative reporter on financial issues.

That’s the bio. Now the reasons to subscribe: We are at a turning point in America, one where democracy is hanging in the balance.
